The short version

By using shopyourdrip.com you agree to be cool. Don't try to scam us, don't break the law, and we'll do right by you. If something's wrong with your order, just reach out — we'd rather solve it than fight about it.

Who we are

ShopYourDrip ("we", "us", "our") is an online shop selling soccer accessories. By browsing the site or placing an order, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm you have the legal right to use the payment method.

Orders & payment

• All prices are in USD. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock issue.
• If we cancel your order, you get a full refund within 5-10 business days.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card details.

Product accuracy

We do our best to show colors, sizes, and details accurately. But:

• Real product colors may look slightly different on different screens.
• Measurements have a small tolerance (±1cm is normal for fabric goods).
• If the product you got is materially different from the photos and description, that's a defect — see returns policy.

Don't do these things

By using the site, you agree NOT to:

• Buy items intending to commit fraud (chargeback abuse, etc.)
• Resell our products without permission
• Use the site to harm us, our customers, or any third party
• Try to break, scrape, or attack the site
• Use any automated bots without our written permission
• Misrepresent who you are or use someone else's payment method

If you do, we may cancel your orders, refuse future orders, and report you to the appropriate authorities.

Intellectual property

The ShopYourDrip name, logo, slogan, photos, copy, and overall site design are owned by us. Don't copy them, don't use them in your own products, don't pretend to be us. Product images of the gear itself may be sourced from suppliers — those are owned by their respective copyright holders.

Disclaimers

Our products are practice-grade soccer accessories. They're not designed or certified for professional or competitive league play (some leagues require specific shin pad certifications, for example). Use them as you would any practice gear. We make no warranty about performance, durability beyond reasonable use, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what's described.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost time, etc.).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where ShopYourDrip is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
