Shipping
How fast?
Orders typically take 1-3 weeks from the day you order to arrive at your door. US and Canada usually land closer to 1-2 weeks; international orders 2-3 weeks depending on customs.
How much?
Free everywhere. On every order, no minimum. We bake the shipping cost into our pricing because nobody likes surprise fees at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide — over 50 countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and many more. If your country isn't an option at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Some countries may have additional customs fees or import duties on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility — these aren't something we collect or control. Check your country's customs website if you want to estimate them.
Tracking
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. You can also track your order anytime using your order ID from your confirmation email.
If your order is late
If it's been more than 21 business days since you ordered (or 14 for US/CA) and you haven't received a shipping email, just reply to your order confirmation email or write to order@shopyourdrip.com. We'll figure out what's going on.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn't get it:
- Check around your door, with neighbors, and at your apartment office
- Wait 1-2 days — sometimes carriers mark "delivered" early
- If still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to either replace it or refund
Returns
The deal
You have 30 days from when your order arrives to return it for any reason. No interrogation, no restocking fees.
What can be returned?
- Unused items in original condition with tags/packaging where applicable — full refund
- Defective items — full refund or replacement, even outside the 30-day window if the defect was present from delivery
- Wrong item received — full refund or correct replacement, your choice
What can't be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on:
- Worn socks (grip socks, soccer sock pre-cuts) once opened from packaging
- Wrist tape that's been unrolled or partially used
Shin pads can be returned in original condition.
How to start a return
Email order@shopyourdrip.com with:
- Your order ID (from your confirmation email)
- Which item(s) you want to return
- Reason (so we can improve)
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
- If the item is defective or wrong — we cover the return shipping. We'll send you a prepaid label.
- If you just changed your mind — you cover return shipping. Get a tracking number so we can confirm it arrived.
When you'll get your refund
Once we receive your return:
- We inspect it within 1-2 business days
- Refund is issued to your original payment method
- Most cards see the refund in 5-10 business days
- You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is faster than waiting for an exchange to process.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email us right away. We'll do our best, but once an order has shipped (you'll get an email), we can't change it. At that point you can return it once it arrives.
Damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or items inside are broken, email us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or refund — your call.
Bundles
If you ordered the Matchday Bundle and want to return only one item from it, you can — but the bundle discount goes away. We'll refund you the full price of the returned item minus a proportional share of the $8 bundle discount.
Example: bundle is $30, you return the wrist tape ($5 retail). Refund = $5 - ($8 × $5/$38) ≈ $3.95.
