Is shipping really free?

Yep. Every single order ships free, no minimum, no surprise charges at checkout. Simple as that.

How fast will my order arrive?

Most orders arrive within 1-2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is also free. Customs/import fees may apply depending on your country, those are charged by your local customs office, not us.

Can I track my order?

Returns & The Locked-In Promise

What's the Locked-In Promise?

You've got 30 days to fall in love with your gear. If it's not for you (wrong fit, wrong feel, just not your thing), send it back for a full refund. No restocking fees. No friction.

How do I start a return?

Email us with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Drop the package off, we'll refund the full amount once it's back.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Same process, email us and we'll set up the exchange. The replacement ships free.

What if my gear gets damaged?

If something fails on you within normal use (strap snaps, sock starts unraveling, tape adhesive dies), we'll replace it. Send a photo and your order number.

Orders

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll adjust it. Once it's out the door, easiest path is to receive it and start a free return.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe.

Do you offer discount codes?
